Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Crochetify! Since our products are handmade with care, we want to be clear about how refunds and returns work.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind, as every item is custom-made and unique.
  • Refunds are only considered if:
    • The item arrives damaged.
    • You received the wrong item.

Timeframe

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.
  • After 3 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Process

  1. Email us at crochetify.stitch@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
  2. We will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, you can choose between:
    • A replacement item (same or similar design).
    • A refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Custom/personalized orders (unless damaged or incorrect).

Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless we sent the wrong item).
