Eligibility for Refunds
- We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind, as every item is custom-made and unique.
- Refunds are only considered if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
Timeframe
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.
- After 3 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Process
- Email us at crochetify.stitch@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- We will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you can choose between:
- A replacement item (same or similar design).
- A refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Custom/personalized orders (unless damaged or incorrect).
Return Shipping
- If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless we sent the wrong item).
